Kristin L. Wulff MD
– Physician
Kristin L Wulff, MD, CWSP, ABAARM, is a surgeon who specializes in wound care and integrative/functional medicine.
After decades of trying to heal complex wounds in a critically ill population, Dr. Wulff sought to understand why these patients were so ill in the first place. During that time, she started having her own health issues which weren’t easily solved with medications and often made her feel worse.
She learned about A4M and through a rigorous Board Certification, learned how to take a more integrative/functional approach to health by focusing on stress, hormones, nutrition, exercise, better sleep practices and gut health.
Health and wellness was the missing link that her critically ill patients never had. By digging in to the root cause of patient issues, and placing patients in the driver’s seat of their own journey, they recover quicker and healthier, without masking their issues with lots of medications.
Dr. Wulff opened Vital Rejuvenation to guide patients through their health journey through root cause medicine to help them integrate their own health and vitality.

Louis Paul Herrero Jr. is a wellness concierge with a passion for health and well-being! With over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, Louis has honed and sharpened his understanding of wellness goals and is dedicated to helping every guest achieve them.
Louis’ interests don’t stop with the wellness industry. He is also a local soap maker and entrepreneur!
Louis is a truly helpful person who is dedicated to well-being and self-care. He looks forward to providing you with excellent service to help you feel rejuvenated!
Angelique Fisher, RN

Melissa Ainsworth
Melissa has been with Vital Rejuvenation since 2022. From Connecticut, she has been in FL for the past 2 years and has spent most of her career in management or customer service. She has always had a passion for the medical field and has worked in many different medical settings at different positions.
Active in her sons’ football team, the West Volusia Wolves, she spends most of her time with her 2 sons, family, and close friends.
Outside of work, you can find her at the beach, kayaking, or cheering on her boys and favorite sports teams!
Ray Turish
– IV Specialist
Ray Turish is very excited to join the Vital Rejuvenation team! Ray got his start as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown of Wheaton, MD. He relocated to Florida after he began volunteering with the Flagler Beach Fire Department. After earning his paramedic license, he began working with Volusia County EMS. He served over four years then moved to Orange City Fire Department as a firefighter and paramedic. He has also worked in clinical research and in the ER at Advent Health during the pandemic.
With his extensive medical experience, we are thrilled to have Ray as part of our team! Ray is excited to administer your IV therapy!
